Dimitrios Sotiriou

Dimitrios Sotiriou was born in Thessaloniki on May 2, 1980. The son of educators, he showed a particular inclination towards literature and sports from a young age. In 1999, he enrolled in the Medical School of Thessaloniki while also playing as a footballer for Iraklis Thessaloniki. Ultimately, the field of science won him over, and at the age of 22, he decided to permanently leave sports. Simultaneously, his writing tendencies began to materialize with sporadic poems. He graduated from medical school in 2008 and immediately moved to Sweden to specialize in orthopedics. There, he compiled all the poems he had gathered and published his first poetry collection titled "Aesthetic Depth." He lives and works in Sweden.
