Aleka Katsoulidi

Aleka Katsoulidi was born in Messini, Messenia. She studied at the School of Philosophy of the University of Athens (Department of History and Archaeology) and taught in Secondary Education from November 1969 until June 2001. She has written a verse translation of Sophocles' tragedy "Philoctetes" in Athens, 1967, and the poetry collections: - "Fossils," Athens 1973, - "Obverse and Reverse," Athens 1983, - "Winged Words," Athens 1998. She has also written the novels: "Black-and-White-Stop," Athens 2003, "Today is... Yesterday!" published by "Alma," Athens 2005.
