THodoris Papaioannou
Theodoros Papaioannou was born in Essen, Germany, in April 1966. From a very young age, he has been in and out of schools, either as a student or as a teacher, writing stories and fairy tales. He loves music, theater, and walks in the forest. He lives in Edessa, surrounded by rivers, bridges, and waterfalls. He has written plays, illustrated stories, and children's fairy tales. He has received the following awards: - The "Penelope Maximos" Award from the Circle of the Greek Children's Book (2015) for his book "Anapoda" (Ikaros Publishing) - The Public Bookstores Award 2016 for his book "Apenanti" (Ikaros Publishing) - The Children's Literature Book Award from the Anagnostis Literary Awards 2018 for his book "Silouani" (Ikaros Publishing)
