Alexia Othonaiou

Alexia Othoneou was born in 1983 in Athens. She studied painting at the Surrey Institute of Art and Design University College in England at the undergraduate level and pursued a master's degree in illustration and animation at Kingston University in London. Since 2004, she has been publishing illustrations and comics in various publications (Para Pente, Grand Guignol, Athens Voice, Fantastic Chronicles, etc.), illustrating children's books, and participating in painting, illustration, and comic exhibitions in Greece and abroad (Babel, Anniversary Zito?, Where is the Art? Random Impact, En Aithria, Comics Festival Lods, etc.). She has published her comic album (in collaboration with Spyros Derveniotis) "Bleeding Hearts" (Jemma Publications), designed "Syndrome #4" of the series of the same name (Comicdom Publications), and creates the monthly comic for the magazine "Diavazo." For Tetragon Publications, she has illustrated Maria Kritikou's "Lullabies."
