Eirini Orati

Irini Orati was born in Athens in 1956. She studied at the Department of Archaeology and Art History at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and specialized in European printmaking at the Staatliche Graphische Sammlung in Munich. From 1980 to 1994, she worked at the National Gallery-Alexandros Soutzos Museum as a curator of the Department of Prints and Drawings and was responsible for the library. In 1994, she worked at Christie's Hellas auction house, and in 1995, she became the curator of the Prints and Drawings Collection of Ionian Bank. Since 1999, she has been the curator of the Art Collection of Alpha Bank.
