Jill Spivack

Jill Spivack is a psychotherapist and co-founder, along with Jennifer Waldburger, of "Sleepy Planet," a sleep consulting center. They are also responsible for the sleep-related content on the website ModernMom.com and contribute articles to the "Wall Street Journal" and "Fit Pregnancy." They have been awarded the iParenting Media Award.
