Lauren Myracle

Lauren Myracle was born in 1969 in North Carolina and grew up in Atlanta. She studied English literature and psychology and then worked as a primary school teacher in the USA and Japan. She later pursued graduate studies in English literature and creative writing for children and teenagers. She began writing novels at the age of 22 and published her first novel at 32. She has written books for teenagers and young adults, many of which have made it onto bestseller lists in the USA. She lives in Colorado with her husband, Jack, and their sons, Al and Jamie.
