Giorgos Andritsos

George Andritsou's career in cocktails began in 1987 in Greece and continued in many luxurious and modern bars in Tenerife, France, Thailand, and Spain. He now resides in Norway and is a member of both the Norwegian and International Bartenders Association. His company, Essential Bartending, offers bartending courses and produced the film "Extraordinary Bartending," sponsored by Beefeater. The success of his courses has led to appearances on Swedish and Danish television in various shows. George is an active international consultant on general bartending topics, customer service, drink and cocktail preparation training, and basic flairing techniques. He is also the owner and director of Santa Cafe in Barcelona, a modern bar selected from among 1,000 bars worldwide to be included in the book Bar Deco.
