
Athina A. Sipitanou
Athina Sipitanou is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational and Social Policy at the University of Macedonia, specializing in "Pedagogy and Adult Education." Her scientific and research interests focus on Pedagogy, Adult Education, and Lifelong Learning. She presents her scholarly views in her books "Illiteracy in Greece: The Timelessness and Transformations of the Problem," "Institutions and Policies of the European Union for Lifelong Learning: A Critical-Interpretative Approach," and "Paulo Freire 1921-1997: Adult Education as an Act of Liberation."
