Andrew Baum

Andrew Baum, BSc, MPhil, PhD, is a Chartered Surveyor and investment analyst. He is a Professor of Land Management at the University of Reading and Chairman of Oxford Property Consultants, an international real estate research and investment firm. He has served as Director of Property Research at Prudential and Director of International Real Estate at Henderson.
