Nikos A. Zoris
Nikos Zoris was born in 1955 in Agrinio and grew up in Ilioupoli, Attica. He holds a degree from the Law Department of the Athens Law School and a degree in Public Administration from the University of Athens. He is married and has two sons. For 35 years, he worked in the banking sector, spending the last 25 years as an executive in various private banks. From a young age, he showed an inclination towards literature, music, theater, and sports, activities he has passionately pursued ever since. He has published 14 literary books, including poetry and prose. His literary works have been awarded in national competitions. In 1982, he founded the seven-member amateur music group "Zoriki Kompania," which focused on Greek folk and traditional music, where he played as a musician for a decade. In recent years, he has participated in various Greek folk music bands. Since 1987, he has been involved in amateur theatrical productions. As an actor and/or director, he has participated in the staging of numerous plays with various theater troupes. His theatrical works are performed by different theater groups. In his youth, he played football for various amateur teams in Athens and the football teams of the banks where he worked. He occasionally organizes and participates in various artistic and social events, which are widely acknowledged to be highly successful.
