Giannis Margaris

He was born and raised in Zakynthos. His love for gastronomy led him to Thessaloniki to study the art and subsequently practice it. The series "New Mediterranean Diet Recipes" and "New International Cuisine Recipes" are his first attempt to express this passion, infusing the recipes with dedication and Ionian temperament.
