Emmy van Deurzen

H Emmy van Deurzen is a Professor of Psychotherapy at Schiller International University, on behalf of which she directs the New School of Psychotherapy and Counselling in London. She is the co-director of the Centre for the Study of Violence and Reconciliation at the University of Sheffield, where she also practices privately. She was the founder of the Society for Existential Analysis and is the author of several books on existential psychotherapy and counseling.
