Michael Arditti

Michael Arditti, of Jewish descent, was born in Cheshire. He studied literature at the University of Cambridge. He works as a journalist and a theater and book critic. He has written the novels: "Easter," 2000 (winner of the Waterstone's Mardi Gras Award), "Unity," 2005 (shortlisted for the Wingate/Jewish Quarterly Literary Prize), "A Sea Change," 2006, "Pagan and her Parents," 2008, "The Celibate," 2009, "The Enemy of the Good," 2010, "Jubilate," 2012, as well as the short story collection "Good Clean Fun," 2004.
