Elpida Minadaki loves fairy tales and art. She believes that through the power of fairy tales, art travels. And there is no greater art than telling a story and giving children wings. Because the greatest truth is always found within fairy tales! She studied Journalism and Advertising. She has worked as a copywriter in advertising agencies and has collaborated with various media outlets. She has been involved in theater, music, songwriting, and storytelling with friends. She has published the ecological fairy tale "Litsa, the Little Bag" by Ocelotos Publications, focusing on recycling, "The Journey of the Red Umbrella" by Kedros Publications, about Botticelli's Birth of Venus, and "The Ballerina Who Didn't Dance," inspired by Degas' painting "The Dancer." She is a member of the Circle of the Greek Children's Book - Greek Section of IBBY. She has participated in collective short story publications and teaches creative writing classes for young authors in bookstores, cultural centers, schools, and municipalities. Her last two books have been adapted for theater and performed on stage.
