Agioreitis Monachos Moysis

Monk Moses was born in Athens in 1952. He has been a monk for thirty years at Mount Athos. He is involved in iconography, Athonite portraiture, poetry, critique, and writing. He has authored 33 books and has given numerous lectures in Greece and abroad. He has participated as a speaker in 60 conferences. He has served as the chief secretary of the Holy Community of Mount Athos and as the Superior of the Holy Skete of Saint Panteleimon - Koutloumousiou. He is the editor-in-chief of the Athonite magazine "Protaton" and the Elder of the Holy Cell of Saint John Chrysostom of the Holy Skete of Koutloumousiou.
