
Makis Georgiadis
Makis Georgiadis was born in Athens and grew up in a family environment with a tradition in the culinary arts, as his grandfather was a renowned chef in Alexandria, Egypt. After graduating from the Athens Law School, he chose to turn to the world of cooking. He collaborated with many restaurants across Greece, creating both traditional and innovative recipes, while also establishing his own catering business, which he still runs today. He has focused particularly on the field of plate decoration, introducing a new way of presenting dishes to the Greek culinary scene, which has ranked him among the top in food styling. For the past 75 years, he has been a contributor to the most popular culinary publications in Greece, and his recipes are now published exclusively in "Vima Gourmet." Energetic and creative, he divides his time between Athens, Cyprus, and the Greek islands.
