Ifigeneia Mpotouropoulou

Iphigenia Botouropoulou was born in Athens. She holds a degree from the Department of French Language and Literature at the University of Athens. In 1990, she was awarded a doctorate from the Sorbonne University (Paris IV) with her dissertation: "Ernest Renan and Modern Greece." In 1998, she was elected as a lecturer in the Department of French Language and Literature at the University of Athens, specializing in French Culture. She has published numerous studies and has an extensive body of translation work.
