Georgia Milioni

Georgia A. Milioni was born in Athens. She is an Assistant Professor specializing in "Teaching Italian as a Foreign Language" at the Department of Italian Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She holds a degree (Laurea in Pedagogia) from the University of Perugia (Università degli Studi di Perugia) and a degree in Pedagogy from the Department of Philosophy, Pedagogy, and Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She also obtained a two-year postgraduate degree in Language Didactics from the University for Foreigners of Perugia (Università per Stranieri di Perugia). She completed her doctoral dissertation at the Department of Italian Language and Literature at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her primary research and writing focus is on the Didactics of Italian as a second/foreign language. Her studies have been presented at international conferences and published in scientific journals and collective volumes in Greece and abroad.
