THodoris Iliopoulos

Theodoros Iliopoulos (Athens, 1978). Freelancer. On December 18, 2008, he was arrested by the police for carrying a backpack with personal belongings. He was charged, without any evidence, with three felonies and two misdemeanors and was held in pre-trial detention for eight months. He was released in August 2009 after a 49-day hunger strike and numerous protests in Greece and abroad.
