Giusto Traina

Giusto Traina (1959) is an Italian historian who served as a professor of ancient history at the University of Rouen from 2007 to 2011. He is currently a professor of Roman history at the Sorbonne (Paris IV). His research interests include the landscapes and techniques of antiquity, as well as the study of the Armenian world. His latest book, following the success of "428 AD" (which was translated into English and French), is "La resa di Roma. Battaglia a Carre, 9 giugno 53 a.C." (2010).
