Vasiliki M. Nazaretian

Vasiliki M. Nazaretian was born in Xanthi. She holds a degree in Russian and English Philology from the Valery Bryusov State University of Foreign Languages in Yerevan, Armenia. For many consecutive years, she worked in educational institutions as a teacher of Russian and English. She holds a doctorate from the Department of Russian Philology at the "P. Hilendarski" University in Bulgaria. Her doctoral dissertation focused on "Idiomatic Expressions Related to Human Behavior in Russian and Greek." Since 2000, she has been teaching Russian language and literature at the Democritus University of Thrace in the Department of Language, Literature, and Culture of Black Sea Countries. She has participated in scientific conferences with numerous presentations in Greece and abroad, making corresponding publications on the study of idiomatic expressions in the Russian language.
