
Erik Larson
Erik Larson is an award-winning journalist and historian. He was born in New York in 1954. He has published several books, five of which have made it to the New York Times bestseller list. He was a finalist for the Pulitzer Prize for his investigative journalism at The Wall Street Journal and has taught creative writing at San Francisco State University and Johns Hopkins University. His book "The Devil in the White City" (the story of America's first serial killer) was honored with the Edgar Award and was a finalist for the Gold Dagger Non-Fiction Award. He lives in Seattle with his wife and their three daughters.
