Alexios Mainas

Alexios Mainas is of Greek-German descent. He was born in 1976 in Athens, where he was also raised. He studied philosophy in Bonn and is known for studying and presenting the works of Greek poets in the German-speaking world. He writes and translates literature in both languages. The collection "The Content of the Rest" is his first published poetry book.
