Clear- 1,8-2 mm: Very Thin: Exceptionally direct handlebar feel, almost no vibration absorption. Ideal for races or time trials.
- 2.1-2.5 mm: Thin: Direct handlebar feel, minimal vibration absorption. Suitable for racing road bikes and “tight” handling.
- 2,6-2,9 mm: Medium: Balance between comfort and control. Suitable for road bikes, endurance, gravel.
- 3,0-3,5 mm: Medium: Thicker tape, good shock absorption. Ideal for long rides, gravel, or endurance bikes.
- 3,6-5 mm: Thick: Very soft, maximum shock absorption. Suitable for touring, city riding, or for those with sensitive hands.
- Cork: Natural and soft material that offers comfort and good shock absorption.
- EVA: Very soft foam that absorbs vibrations and offers comfort on long rides.
- Leather/Synthetic Leather: Classic material with durability and good grip.
- PU: Durable synthetic material with good grip and long lifespan.
- Silicone: Elastic and soft material with excellent shock absorption and a soft feel.
