Clear- Measures humidity levels (and often temperature) in the room or panel to protect electrical equipment.
- Voltmeter: Measures the electrical voltage (in volts) of the network or a device. Helps monitor overvoltage or undervoltage.
- Ammeter: Measures the intensity of the electric current (in amperes) being consumed at that moment by the installation.
- Kilowatt meter: Measures the total electrical energy consumed (in kWh) over time, just like the utility meter.
- Multi-tool: Device that combines multiple measurements (Volts, Amps, Watts, frequency, etc.) on a single digital display.
- Wattmeter: Measures the actual electrical power (in watts) that a device or power line consumes in real time.
- Pulse Counter: It records and counts electrical pulses from external sensors or other meters (e.g., water or gas meters).
- Factor meter: Measures the power factor (cosφ). It shows how efficiently current is being used by inductive loads (such as motors).
- Frequency meter: Measures the frequency of alternating current (in Hertz). In Greece, the standard grid frequency is 50 Hz.
- Energy Analyzer: Advanced instrument that records in detail power quality, harmonics, voltage sags, and consumption history.
- Operating Hour Counter: It records the total operating time (in hours) of a device or generator, facilitating scheduled maintenance.
- Single-phase: Suitable for standard household supplies. It measures the building’s single main power line.
- Three-phase: Suitable for professional or high-capacity residential power supplies. Monitors all 3 lines (phases) of the current simultaneously.
- Rail: It snaps directly onto the standard metal rail of the electrical panel, right next to the common fuses.
- Wall-mounted: It is screwed directly onto the wall or onto a flat surface outside the main panel, usually inside its own protective enclosure.
- Door / Recessed: Installed inside a special opening/hole, usually on the door of a professional or industrial electrical panel.
- Smart functions (Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee) for remote control and real-time consumption monitoring via an app.
- Wi-Fi: Wireless connection to your router. It allows you to monitor consumption from anywhere via the internet and a mobile app.
- Bluetooth: Wireless short-range connection. It is mainly used for the quick and easy initial setup (pairing) of the device via mobile phone.
- Zigbee: Low-power wireless protocol for smart home. Requires a special central controller (Hub/Gateway) to connect to the internet.
- LAN: Wired connection with a network cable directly to the router. It offers the maximum possible signal stability, without the risk of interference.
- Modbus: Professional communication protocol (wired or networked). Used to connect the meter with industrial automation systems.
- CT / Clamp: Indirect measurement with external clamps around the cables, without cutting or stripping. It offers quick and completely safe installation without power interruption.
- Direct: Direct measurement, where the supply cables are screwed directly into the device. It offers top accuracy without the need for external clamps.
- The maximum current in Amperes (A) that the device can withstand or measure. Choose based on the overall safety of your electrical panel.
- Determines the width of the device. It helps you accurately calculate how much available space the instrument needs inside the panel.
