- Old Tom: Slightly sweet and more aromatic style of Gin. The "bridge" between old and modern Gins. Ideal for Tom Collins and Negroni.
- Plymouth: Geographical indication from the Plymouth region. More earthy, fruity, and less dry than London Dry. Very well balanced.
