Multiple Loops (Daisy Chain/PAS): Slings made up of many small loops sewn one after the other, like a chain. They allow you to easily adjust your distance from the rock by clipping your carabiner into a closer or farther loop.
Express (Dogbone): Short, thick, and stiff slings (usually from 10 to 25 cm) with two pre-sewn loops at their ends for carabiners. They keep the rope away from the rock to prevent abrasion and zig-zagging, reducing friction as you climb.
Self-insurance: Ready-made single or double lanyards, made of webbing or dynamic rope, that attach directly to the center of your harness, keeping you tied in and safe when you reach an anchor or move along a route.
Sewn: Simple, single circular strips of fabric, factory-sewn at their ends. They come in standard lengths and create an anchor point where no fixed infrastructure exists.
CE: The mandatory European standard for climbing slings.
EN: For professional use / working at height - industrial.
UIAA: International mountaineering certification that guarantees the equipment has been tested under more demanding conditions than the basic European standards.
UKCA: The product complies with strict British safety standards.
