Clear- Spacer / Trap Base: Special additions used to align magnetic contacts (sensors) on doors and windows, compensating for differences in the frame height.
- Beam / barrier base or support: Mounts (typically metal posts or brackets) for securely installing and correctly aiming beam detectors (perimeter protection)
- Detector / Sensor Mount: Mounting brackets for motion detectors (radar) and other sensors, allowing them to be rotated and adjusted to the ideal area coverage angle.
- Central Panel Base / Hub: Mounting brackets for the secure and stable installation of the alarm system’s central control unit.
- Button Base: Accessory for wall-mounted, tabletop, or concealed installation of panic/emergency buttons.
- Keyboard Stand: Mounting brackets for attaching the keypad to the wall. Some offer a slight tilt for more ergonomic use.
- Fire Detector Base: A mounting base onto which a smoke or heat detector twists into place, making it easier to remove for maintenance.
- Siren Base: Accessories for mounting the siren, often providing extra clearance from the wall for cable routing.
- DIN Rail Mount: Special adapter that allows components (e.g. power supplies, relays) to be mounted inside standard electrical enclosures.
- Sticker: Mounting is done with strong double-sided adhesive tape. An ideal solution for smooth surfaces (e.g. aluminum, glass) where you don’t want to drill holes for screws
- Corner: Designed to fit exactly into the corner where two walls meet (usually at a 90-degree angle), allowing the detector to cover the entire space diagonally.
- Wall-mounted: The classic method of mounting on a vertical wall
- Ceiling: A mount designed to be screwed horizontally into the ceiling.
- Recessed: The base and component are recessed into the wall, door, or suspended ceiling so they do not protrude.
