Iridium: Iridium spark plugs have an extremely high melting point, allowing for a very thin tip (0.6mm). They offer better throttle response, perfect combustion at high RPMs, and maximum lifespan.
Nickel: The classic, factory spark plugs that most motorcycles come with from the manufacturer. They offer reliable performance at the lowest cost, but require more frequent replacement (usually every 6,000 - 12,000 km).
Platinum: They feature a platinum tip that is much more resistant to corrosion than nickel. They provide a stable spark for twice the mileage compared to standard spark plugs.
