Dice: In RPGs, dice are used for attacks, skill checks, and damage, while in Miniature Wargames they determine the outcomes of battles or unit actions.
Figures: In Miniature Wargames, figures represent units on the battlefield, while in RPGs they indicate the position of characters on the table or in scene mapping.
Rolling Trays: Special trays or "bowls" in which dice are rolled. They prevent the dice from falling off the table.
Guidebooks: Books that contain the game’s rules, lore, spells, items, and mechanics.
Screens: A folding screen behind which the Game Master (GM) sits during an RPG. It is usually used to hide scenario notes, monster statistics, maps or small secret items, and of course the GM’s dice.
Tokens: Small markers that represent various elements such as lives, buffs, conditions, or items.
Dice Towers: Structures into which dice are thrown and come out at the bottom after “rolling” on internal ramps. They are used for fairer and more random rolls, and also to prevent accidents on the table.
Inserts: Specially designed trays placed inside game boxes. They organize the contents (dice, miniatures, cards, tokens), protect the components, and reduce setup time.
Dice Bags: Small pouches, usually made of fabric or leather, for storing dice.
Character Sheets: A basic tool in RPGs. These are printed or digital sheets that include all the statistics and information about a player's character (such as skills, equipment, hit points, experience, and more)
Scenery: Landscape miniatures such as trees, buildings, rocks, roads, and more. In Miniature Wargames, they affect gameplay (cover, obstacles, height), while in RPGs they add visual interest to scenes.
Points Counters: Counters or devices that help track points (e.g. life, experience, energy, victory).
Miniature War: A strategic battle game in which players use figures to recreate battle scenes. The movements and attacks of the units are determined by rules, distance measurements, and dice rolls.
Role Playing (RPG): A game in which players assume the roles of fictional characters in a story described by the Game Master. Players describe their actions, while the rules determine whether their actions succeed or not, usually through dice rolls.
