A handmade pour over coffee maker made of heat-resistant borosilicate glass, metal, and wood.
It consists of two heat-resistant glass containers, a stand, a cover for the upper container, and a lamp for the alcohol burner.
The hot water passes through the lower container to the upper container, using the pressure created by boiling, in order to extract the ground coffee and release all its flavors.
After removing the heat source, the coffee extract flows back into the lower glass container, which also serves as the serving container, using the automatic siphon method.
If the extraction times are consistent, there will be no noticeable difference in the taste of the coffee.
