    Very good all-in-one vacuum cleaner... Its only flaw is the hose at the bottom, which after quite a bit of use breaks. After contacting support, they gave me the spare part code and told me the cost is around €12, but when I called the only authorized store in Greece, they told me it is not sold separately and I have to buy the whole bottom part which cost around €100 including VAT....
    In the end, I improvised with some screws at that spot, it lasted me another six months, but now it broke again on one side. I’ll see if something can be done. What a pity...

    In 2 years and 1 month approximately the plastic through which, as I suppose, the liquids flow opened as shown in the photo, in communication with the purchase of it I was referred for a replacement to the company KOUMPIS ATHAN. in ILION the price of the replacement costs about 100 euros and given that similar products of black & decker cost 130-150 euros it is definitely a purchase to be avoided in short, wasted money.
