We have put it in a house of about 70 square meters. It heats up just fine. Of course, at the same time we also have the dehumidifier and it helps to warm up the house faster since there is no humidity. The smell depends on the fuel canister. Anyway, it has a nice system because if you turn it on and shake it abruptly, it locks and does not turn on until the gas stabilizes properly. Also, if it stays on steadily for hours on any of the settings, it automatically shuts off. From what I read, this specific brand of canister has an internal safety valve. It is a good stove and worth its money. You save electricity, have a nice atmosphere in the house, and get your job done just fine. Of course, its duration depends on its usage and how long the canister will last. If there is no possibility for a wood stove, the next solution is a gas stove that no homeowner can say they won't install.

Generally, I believe that the use of a gas stove is the best alternative solution after an oil heater, of course. You know what you're burning without waiting for the electricity bill, and above all, it heats up the space quickly and effectively. As for the smell, because I have experience with another stove, I can say that it depends on the bottle and the quality of the gas. I have had a situation where the bottle smelled once and I changed it, but with all the others, I can't say that the smell bothers me. It is good to ventilate the space, even for a few minutes (I leave the bathroom window open) so that oxygen can enter because if it stays in an unventilated space for too long, it will go out on its own, as some people write several times. It's not the stove's fault, but ours for not opening the space. Also, for those who say that the flame doesn't ignite when changing the bottle, again, it's a matter of the bottle and not the stove. Many times, there is empty air at the top and the gas has settled at the bottom. We take the bottle outside, shake it a bit, and leave the valve open for a while to let the air out and the gas rise. Also, pay attention to the proper sealing of the gas pipe and frequent replacement of the rubber seals. I only remove one star solely for the quality of the side metal walls of the stove, compared to the Delonghi IR3010.GY, which I consider top-notch in all aspects

In a space with poor insulation (4cm thick panel on one side and plasterboard on the other) with a total area of 38m2, where there is a gap at the bottom that lets in air, the stove takes 45 minutes to warm up satisfactorily and 70 minutes to become very warm, operating at the high setting (3 burners).
I was skeptical if it would manage, as the space is used for amateur training and I wanted something quick and immediate. In the end, it works great for the purpose I need it for. In a well-insulated house, I believe it would definitely be sufficient for an area of up to 50m2 with an open layout.
I've heard opinions about gas stoves from others, some saying they smell and others saying they don't. I personally can easily perceive the smell of gas, but I find it tolerable.

I use a propane bottle and during the stove's ignition, I open the window for 3-4 minutes and then close it. I ventilate every 2-3 hours for 5 minutes. The space I use it in is 40 square meters.
