    It immerses you in sales techniques through psychological pathways, mainly through the interaction of the seller and the customer with physical presence.
    It is quite good, although exaggerated in some points. It also has some outdated texts (e.g. conventional correspondence) but you can easily make the parallel and transfer the techniques to modern media (2021).
    I recommend it.
