  • I had them for 2 years. Water doesn't get through even for a sample! We're talking about 5-hour trips in the rain and some in a storm. The -1 star is because they slip in the water. Which I consider extremely dangerous!

Purchased in 2015. Used 5 months a year on rides with the motorcycle for at least 30 minutes in heavy rain, never let water in, even when stepping into puddles at traffic lights, etc. No maintenance from me until today, except for very few times polishing with camel. I wear shoe size 44, but these were tight (size 45 was too big for me) and it took a while for them to loosen up. I go up and down a ramp with a very steep incline, only in the last 2 years they slip in the rain and I have to be careful going down. The heel at the back, as mentioned by a friend above, has come a bit loose on one side, but why? Because several times to remove the left boot, I stepped on its heel with the toe of the right one, so apart from the heel, I also damaged the toe a bit, the toe didn't come off, but small pieces of the sole broke off, not particularly noticeable.
    *New update 11/5/25.
The boots went for sole replacement at the end of October 2023 to a very good cobbler in Kallithea, repair cost 50 euros. Until today, 11/5/25, they don't let water in and don't slip even with the new soles in the rain on the very steep ramp I go up and down every day 3-4 times, without special care today they are in the condition shown in the photos

I have had these boots for 3-4 months. They have endured heavy rain and nothing has passed through. But! They slip excessively, and when I say excessively, I mean if it's raining outside and you step on a tile or marble, you will slip and fall if you're not careful. You have to walk with small steps to avoid falling.

I have them exactly for a year. The GoreTex membrane makes them truly waterproof. They are really lightweight boots (for the standards) and comfortable. I bought them in size 43 when my size 42 was too tight. To give a scale, I wear size 43 1/3 in Adidas, 42.5 in Mizuno and Reebok. I hope this helps. They have a wide fit, so I can wear them comfortably with thick socks in winter, while with thinner socks, they are comfortably loose. One downside, I think they are not a long-term purchase, compared to the Sidi ones I had, which lasted 7 years waterproof and another 2 with compromises until I replaced them with the Alpinestars. I noticed a small detachment on the heel in the sole, which will be immediately repaired at a specialized store. In any case, the zippers and Velcro work exceptionally well and I think it is a very honest purchase!
