Dr Green is the ideal series for healthy cooking, as we can cook without fat at low or medium temperature, ensuring the best results while maintaining the nutritional values of the food.

Care and usage instructions:

  • Wash the cookware with hot water, liquid soap, and a soft sponge.
  • Dry thoroughly and coat with butter or oil.
  • Do not heat the cookware while it is empty.
  • Do not leave it on the flame once its contents have evaporated.

Cast aluminum is a very good conductor of heat, and continuous overheating can have negative consequences.
