I tried to fry fish at maximum intensity, but it only heated the oil, making it impossible to fry. I also tried boiling water in a small pot, and the same thing happened, it just heated it. The result is that it's useless for anything other than heating water. It's the worst purchase I've made in many years. It claims to be 1500w, but it's probably closer to 500w.
