My favorite multivitamin for years, reliable, high-quality, and effective. I do not take it every day, but only during periods of intense fatigue and high demands. It is definitely a staple in my medicine cabinet, as it is a quality vitamin with a good price-quality ratio.

With reference to another user's comment regarding the E171 dye contained in the product and after conducting a simple search, the EU food safety authority explicitly states that the dye is no longer considered safe due to the presence of nano particles. Therefore, I will discard the box that I purchased. The frustrating part is that this particular dye is used to provide color. In other words, they are putting an unsafe substance in a pill that is primarily made up of vitamins just to give it color. You are selling vitamins, not gummies.

They are large capsules. The truth is that I didn't notice any difference. But I will try them again to give them a chance and see their performance after the illness.
