I have already consumed one box. I am 62 and I do isometric exercises and a bit of dumbbells. I give it 5 stars for the dosages, which are excellent for the price and as recommended. I believe it helps with daily exercise by giving muscle tone so you can work out every day or even twice a day. That's where I see its effect... in muscle tone for more repetitions. As a flavor, I didn't really like it. The red sustenium had a much better taste. Other than that, it gave me a strong boost to complete the cardio workout at the gym

It dissolves perfectly in a water bottle and has a good punch... it definitely gives you that extra something.. okay, it's not for champions but it does its job!! Its taste is very good!! I recommend it!!
