The 'Egnatia Epirus' Foundation addresses, promotes, and showcases the Vlach cultural heritage as an integral element of our region.

It believes that the time is ripe for systematic research, study, and presentation of both the historical and contemporary consciousness and reality of the Latin-speaking Romaic people. The foundation's desire is to make the related theoretical and practical issues understandable to the wider public.

It thus begins its efforts with the presentation of the multiple Vlach identities (local, economic, social, demographic, cultural, etc.), as captured by the camera lens in the early 20th century. Our choice is justified, as one hundred years later, this presentation contributes to the interpretation and understanding of the contemporary identity of the Vlachs of Greece.
