Basically, it never worked..no matter how many attempts I made and on 3 computers that I connected it to..the printer couldn't be recognized by the windows..possibly the plug is slightly smaller and doesn't make contact? I don't know what to assume. With another cable that I tried, not from the same company, it worked fine
