We bought it 2.5 years ago through the internet for over 250 euros. With little use, the engine started leaking oil. The company from which we bought it no longer supports it and did not provide us with any representative information. We started calling everyone who has it, but no one was willing to give us the representative's contact. Eventually, someone told us that the representative is SUN.A.E. in Thessaloniki. We called them and they informed us that they do not have service in Athens. Because the machine is expensive, we asked how we can send it for repair. They kept telling us to call back later and eventually they told us that it might not be fixable and it might not be worth the trouble and money to send it. We insisted, they referred us to call another day... But we still haven't found a solution. Attention!!! Do not buy a machine that does not have service near your location.... We tried to take it to a repair shop... No one takes it because there are no spare parts... Terrible and expensive purchase....
Το αγοράσμε πριν 2,5 χρόνια μέσω διαδικτύου πλέον των 250 ευρώ . Χωρίς μεγάλη χρήση άρχισαν να τρεχουν λαδια μηχανής από το μοτερ . Αρχίσαμε να τηλεφωνούμε σε όλους που το έχουν κανείς δεν ήταν πρόθυμος να δώσει τον αντιπρόσωπο . Τελικά καποιος μας είπε ότι αντιπρόσωπος είναι η SUN.A.E. στην Θεσσαλονίκη . Τηλεφωνήσαμε μας ενημέρωσαν ότι δεν έχουν service στην Αθήνα . Επειδή το μηχανημα είναι ακριβό ρωτήσαμε πώς μπορούμε να το στείλουμε για διόρθωμα . Άρχισαν τα πάρτε αργότερα και ούτε λίγο ούτε πολύ μας είπαν ότι ίσως δεν φτιάχνεται και ίσως δεν αξίζει το κόπο και τα χρήματα για να το στείλουμε . Επιμείναμε , μας παρέπεμψαν να τηλεφωνήσουμε άλλη μέρα ... Τελικά δεν έχει βρεθεί ακόμα .... Προσοχή !!! Μην παίρνετε μηχάνημα που δεν έχει service κοντά στον τόπο που μένετε .... Δοκιμάσαμε να το πάμε σε κατάστημα επισκευών ...Δεν το αναλαμβάνει κανείς γιατί δεν υπάρχουν ανταλλακτικά ....... Κάκιστη και ακριβή αγορά ....
