The author's goal is research based on the evaluative assessment of interests and the presentation of a dynamic system that will satisfy – to the extent possible – the needs of the theoretical researcher, the practical interpreter, and the student.

This effort is accompanied by the hope that this goal (may) have been achieved. May the reader observe, at least with the leniency that characterizes them, that this hope has not remained just a hope.
