I sent it back to the company and they simply told me that it's fine and that its capabilities are as they are. The manuals were not in Greek. I'm considering filing a complaint if they don't refund my money.

Μου την σύστησαν ως την καλύτερη για την δουλειά που την χρειαζόμουν δηλαδή για να καθαρίζω μια σόμπα pellet αλλά μετά το πρώτο καθάρισμα μπουκώνει το φίλτρο και δεν τραβά καθόλου, επίσης για να καθαρίσεις το φίλτρο είναι επίπονη διαδικασία σε οικιακό χώρο . Την έστειλα στην εταιρεία και εκείνη μου είπαν απλά ότι είναι εντάξει και ότι οι δυνατότητές της είναι αυτές . Τα manual δεν ήταν στα ελληνικά . σκέφτομαι να κάνω καταγγελία εάν δεν μου επιστρέψουν τα χρηματά μου .
