  • from the second day I wore them, the sole on the sides (right and left, around the ankle) lost its shape, formed some curves which caused me pain and marks on my feet.

Not at all comfortable insoles... they are extremely hard and unsuitable. I used them for a month and ended up with tendonitis in my knee. An orthopedic insole should be flexible, these are like wood.

My daughter has flat feet and metatarsal displacement. We tried many insoles, even custom-made ones, and they all bothered her. These are the first insoles that she wears constantly without complaining, and they keep her foot stable even when she wears ballet flats. I highly recommend them
