My acquaintance with Saint Paisios was one of the significant events of my life. He helped me in various events of my life, both personally and pastorally.

In all my sermons and talks, I spoke about his life and work, mainly referring to his divine words. Thus, over time, I published various texts about him in my books that are available. Encouraged by some, I gathered the main ones which are republished in this book.

In some points, there is an overlap, but this further illuminates the saint. The first texts were published before his canonization, so they retain phrases like "Fr. Paisios", "Elder Paisios", etc.

I believe that Saint Paisios was an experiential theologian and expressed a primary theology. Even though the texts published in this book were written at different times and are fragmentary, they reveal this wonderful saint of our days, this universal Saint. May we have his blessing.
