It is an ideal and well-made backpack. The only thing I could mention as a small "negative," because I did not expect it, is that the width of its straps is somewhat thinner compared to the straps of other backpacks (from another company) of the same capacity that I have purchased!

Tough, heavy duty construction, with a very ergonomic back.

Very high-quality bag in relation to the price; this is the second Miltec I own, and the first one (36lt) proved to be a war dog with zero wear after 5 years of daily use. At 20lt, it doesn't fit a 13-inch laptop in the back plate carrier, but it fits in the middle compartment, so for larger laptops, the bigger ones are worth it!

The material resembles leatherette, but after so long, it hasn't peeled and hasn't shown any signs of wear!! I take it to the beach for beach volleyball and usually put in a lot of liters of water (about 4+) and it has held up without a trace of wear so far (just a little on some seams, you know!). Excellent construction quality, therefore, and practical with many pockets, which has left me smiling, giving me the confidence for a very smart purchase

I've had it for 7 years, it's traveled through winter and summer and it's still like new. A purchase worth making without a second thought.

P.S. with good folding, it fits 3 changes of clothes (for a 2-3 day trip, for example)

Update: I went to the army with it, came back and I still use it daily. It hasn't suffered any damage at all.

I have had it for a year at work and I am very satisfied...the zippers are durable and withstand pressure. It fits a lot of things and has many different pockets inside and there is also a velcro pocket on the back. It is worth buying without any doubts!!!

The review concerns the capacity of 25l. Excellent fabric quality and durable zippers. As for volume, it manages just fine for everyday use at work. Many compartments and impeccable ergonomics. In terms of durability, the previous 36lt one I had lasted about 5.5 years with daily use. Highly recommended 100%

Very good backpack, convenient on the back, quality zippers and at the same time with many compartments for organizing things. Flawless for its size.

Great bag It's small and fits everywhere easily. It holds your water in cool temperature or food fresh and after rain nothing inside gets wet or soaked.

Tremendously high-quality backpack, just like its larger version that I have been using for 3 years now. I'm not sure if it belongs to the 20-liter category because it is much smaller compared to its counterpart at 36 liters. For someone who wants something compact for everyday use, it is excellent

I also have the 36lt, but I wanted something smaller for everyday use and commuting to work with public transportation, as the 36-liter one is quite big and I didn't even fill it halfway. It fully covers my needs in terms of space (in the large compartment, I can fit a waterproof pants and jacket, as well as a large square container, the middle compartment is empty, and the two small front compartments hold small items). It is narrower than the classic school backpacks, but it can fit more and it doesn't strain at all since the items inside don't move around and it has very good back support. The only drawback, at least for me, is the straps. Although reinforced, they are much narrower than those of the 36-liter one. I hope they hold up.

Very nice bag and the material and everything like all mil tec of course because I have other larger ones in liters (capacity) and I am very satisfied... it also has many compartments in general and it is convenient for everyday tasks etc... it also arrived very quickly and in excellent packaging... congratulations to the store for the prompt service... The best for its price. I also have the 36-liter one, my dog doesn't notice anything. This one has extra scratch stickers so that the adjustment straps don't hang, very good detail. The zippers are of high quality, they won't break. The cup holder is basically the extra space that rests on the back, it's not very convenient depending on how full the bag is. Fill it up without worry though, you won't feel it.

For the money I paid, it is fair. The issue is that it is smaller than I thought and its straps are borderline small.

I got it in khaki, incredible bag, for everyday use, it's not for heavy loads, if you want to put a lot of things, even clothing, go for the bigger one, this one is for everyday use, to put books, snacks, a pharmacy, maybe a hat or gloves, etc.
If you want, for example, to put a jacket or a sleeping bag, or a jacket, or a lot of food, go for the bigger one, this one won't do it for you.

Excellent Backpack, its 20lt is more than enough for countryside walks as well as everyday use. Plenty of compartments for easy sorting of contents.
On the downside, it lacks a water bottle pocket.

Durable material, reinforced waterproof interior, large capacity for its size, various smart compartments.

For the small backpack, I can say that it is quite well-made and doesn't give you the impression that the zipper will break or tear easily, as they are thick like those of suitcases. It has practical compartments and is very compact, while also being comfortable. 4/5 for minor details that I noticed, such as small straps to hang things from underneath

Very good and durable bag. Daily use for over a year and it's great. Of course, I don't constantly overload it, I have everyday items. But whenever I need to fill it up unexpectedly (e.g. a jacket or a purchase from somewhere), it's great and it can fit a lot of things despite being the smallest Miltec bag. And even with sharp tools, etc. that I carry around, it's not a problem. The only negative aspect is perhaps the material under the straps, which is somewhat, even though it's comfortable when the Velcro sticks to them (it happens constantly when riding the motorcycle). Besides being easily pulled and annoying, they fray quite a bit and I burn them a little with the lighter from time to time. The wear doesn't seem to affect them in any way other than aesthetically, but they don't look good anyway.
