INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Use the SERI Bleaching Powder lightening powder in combination with SERI PREMIUM Oxycream 20 Vol, 30 Vol, or 40 Vol (depending on the desired degree of lightening). Mix 1 part powder with 2 parts SERI PREMIUM Oxycream in a non-metallic bowl and apply to unwashed hair. Wait until the desired level of lightening is achieved.

• 4 LEVELS (TONES) - 30 Vol. (9%) - 25 MINUTES
