I give it such a low rating because even though it may be effective, I don't know because I received it two days ago and started using it. When you try to apply it, it's like there's no product on the brush and it feels like you're not spreading anything in the end. I had to put a stick inside to be able to get some product out. It's a shame because it's not cheap.
